This connector gives Claude the same view your sales team has in WTFox.ai, scoped to the account you sign in with. What you can do - Pipeline hygiene: find opportunities that have not moved in two weeks and the value at risk, then move stages, reassign or tag them. - Meeting prep: brief yourself on a contact before a call, with recent conversations, open quotations and booked appointments. - Inbox triage: read the smart inbox, draft a reply, take a conversation over from the AI, or send a reply to the customer. - Quotations: list, create, generate, price, finalize and mark quotations sent. - Tasks and calendar: create follow-ups, complete or snooze tasks, book appointments. - Review Queue: approve, correct or reject AI-extracted values waiting for a human. - Reporting: dashboard and sales metrics, lead counts by stage, conversion and revenue trends. How access works You sign in with your own WTFox.ai login through OAuth. Every call runs as you: your tenant, department and role permissions apply exactly as in the web app, and so does PII masking. A rep cannot do what a manager can, and nobody sees another dealership's data. You can disconnect at any time from Settings > API Keys > Connected apps in WTFox.ai.
