X2 POS connects ChatGPT to X2, a retail inventory, point-of-sale and finance system. Ask about products, stock and prices across branches; review sales, goods receipts, stock movements, production documents, customers and suppliers, payments, financial accounts, cash registers and shifts; get totals for any period in one answer (sales, paid and unpaid, goods sold, money movement, purchases, write-offs) with a breakdown by seller, customer, branch, category or day; get server-built reports such as revenue and margin, expenses, ABC/XYZ analysis, receivables, partner reconciliation, stale inventory, stock movement statement, purchasing, returns, sales by city, products bought together and production yield; rank products by inventory turnover; see what to reorder from suppliers based on the demand forecast; check the cash flow forecast (whether money will run short, when and by how much, and how much can be spent safely); and review recurring expenses, sales plans, sales goals and trade rules. With the user's confirmation, X2 POS can also record operations in the company's books: sales, added order items, goods returns and payments against sales; goods receipts, stock revisions, purchase orders, write-offs, returns to suppliers, transfers between branches and payments to suppliers; production: cutting a carcass into parts, packing bulk goods and assembling products, with yield schemes and suggested parts for meat, poultry and fish; income and expense entries and finance categories; products, categories and the store's own selling prices; customers and suppliers; register shifts; recurring expenses, planned payments, sales goals and sales plans; and the store's checkout rules, such as blocking sales of a product during certain hours. Every write is two-step: the first call returns a preview of what will change and a confirmation token, and nothing is written until the call is repeated with that token. When the user has X2 open in their browser, X2 POS can also show things on that tab: what is on the page, open a page or document, highlight a button or a row, start a training tour, and print price labels. It does not press anything on the page: the user presses the buttons. Records are changed only by the write operations above, each with its own preview and confirmation. X2 POS records transactions in the company's accounting; it does not move money, charge cards or execute bank transfers. Access follows the connected employee's permissions in X2, and an operation that is not available to the connection is declined with the reason. Tax identification numbers and dates of birth are never returned. Only the name of a raw material is sent to an AI model when the user asks to suggest production parts. Confirmed operations may affect an enabled public storefront, configured loyalty programs, marketplace synchronization and company notifications.
