Xconversion turns WhatsApp conversations into sales. Businesses connect their own WhatsApp number, and Xconversion AI agents answer every customer within seconds, day and night, in English, Arabic, French and Darija. Agents answer from your own knowledge, qualify leads, and hand the conversation to a person on your team the moment it needs one. Built on the official WhatsApp Business API. This connector lets you run your Xconversion workspace from Claude, in plain language: - Agents: create and update AI agents, test them with sample customer messages, and request publishing. - Knowledge: add text, Q&A pairs and website pages your agents answer from, update them, or remove them. - Templates: draft WhatsApp message templates and submit them for approval. - Campaigns: build campaign drafts, preview exactly who will receive them, and request a launch. - Workflows: create, update and disable automations. - Inbox and contacts: see which conversations are waiting for a reply, read any conversation, and browse your contacts. - Overview: your dashboard summary and your AI wallet balance. Example requests: "Which conversations are waiting for a reply?", "Add our new price list to the agent's knowledge", "Draft an offer template in English and Arabic", "How many contacts would this campaign reach?" Safe by design. Anything that reaches customers or changes a live agent is never done directly from Claude. Launching a campaign, publishing an agent or workflow, and changing a live agent's knowledge each create a request that a workspace admin approves inside Xconversion (Settings → Connected apps). Opt-outs and WhatsApp's 24-hour messaging rules are always enforced, and Claude only sees the workspace you authorize. Requirements: an Xconversion account on a plan that includes connected apps.
