You sign in with the email address the firm has on file (primary taxpayer or spouse) and a 6-digit code sent to that address; if the address belongs to more than one household, you choose one. Access is read-only: Claude cannot upload, sign, pay or send anything, and it never sees Social Security numbers, addresses or phone numbers, file contents, return figures or links.
