Connect Zarok to work with your daily plan right in the chat: ask what is on tomorrow, add a task, move a meeting, or check off what is done. Zarok runs an MCP server. ChatGPT calls it on your behalf after you sign in to your Zarok account and approve the connection. You decide what it may do: only read, or also change your plan. What it can read: the day plan with tasks, events, course steps and meals; week summary; period statistics (counts of check-offs, not health assessments); habits and rituals; courses with doses; shared lists. What it can change, if you allow it: add, move, edit and check off tasks; add and check off items in shared lists; propose changes for you to approve in the app. Every change is recorded and can be undone in Zarok within 24 hours (Profile, Settings, Connections, AI clients, Changes tab). Your own later edits are not overwritten. Requires a Zarok account. Data is sent over HTTPS only and is not sold or used for advertising.
