ZimQi is a timesheet app for Australian businesses whose people start work on site: trades, cleaning, security, facilities and care teams. Crew check in and out on Telegram; supervisors approve; approved hours export as CSV for the bookkeeper. With the ZimQi connector you can ask your assistant to: - list sites and crew, and see who is checked in today - compare the roster with actual check-ins (on time, late, no-show) for any date range - pull one person's attendance log or a timesheet, with weekday and local times - export timesheets as CSV for a period - owners and managers: add or update sites and crew, assign people to sites, import a roster, check someone in or out, mark an absence, or propose a timesheet correction for a person to approve You sign in to ZimQi and approve access on the "Connect with ZimQi" screen.
