ZOVA
ZOVA brings a broker's property research into ChatGPT. Ask about an address and ZOVA returns the parcel record (size, year built, assessed value, last recorded sale, zoning, flood zone), the owner, recent comparable sales, the county housing market and economy, and neighborhood scores, each figure with its source and date. It also reads the analyses you have run in ZOVA and runs ZOVA's deal math on numbers you give it: income-property underwriting, rental returns and a seller net sheet for Florida and Georgia. For brokers and investors with a ZOVA account. You sign in with that account when you connect. Limitations: ZOVA only reads data; it does not list, buy, message or change anything. Property lookups work for addresses ZOVA has already seen and for parcel IDs, and parcel-level records are deepest in Florida and Georgia. For an individual owner ZOVA returns only the owner type and portfolio size, never the name or mailing address. When a figure is missing, ZOVA says so rather than estimating it. ZOVA does not see your ChatGPT conversation, only the requests ChatGPT sends to it.
