Geocode a list of US business addresses to latitude and longitude, county, census tract and block group, with congressional and state legislative districts, in an Excel file. Paste one address per line or CSV text with an Address or Street header. The downloadable XLSX and CSV files include the input rows and columns, with match status, matched address, coordinates, county and FIPS, tract, block group and block GEOIDs appended. XLSX cells are capped at Excel's 32,767-character limit; the CSV keeps input values in full. District lookup adds congressional and state legislative districts, school districts and places. Filter, search and sort the address preview, copy coordinates, and download the results. Supports nonprofit grant applications and address-list operations. Up to 1,000 addresses for coordinates and tracts, or 100 with districts, with a 200,000-character input limit. A 1,000-row list may take about 30 seconds, or longer when the service is slow. Coverage: US address ranges in the 50 states, DC, Puerto Rico and covered island areas. Coordinates are interpolated street points and may be tens of meters from a building. PO boxes, rural routes and new streets may not match. Check changed matches. Districts use current boundary files, including the 120th Congress and 2026 state legislative districts as of October 21, 2026; they do not identify elected representatives. Service errors appear by row and successful chunks remain available. Generated files are kept for one hour for their download links.
