Zovo Org Chart Maker
Create an org chart from a team list or a spreadsheet file and download it as an SVG or a print-ready PDF. Zovo Org Chart Maker reads the people and who they report to - typed or pasted in the chat, or a .xlsx/CSV file with an id/name/title/manager/department header - and lays them out as a clean reporting structure diagram. The layout is a tidy tree: no two boxes overlap, each manager sits centred over their reports, and generations line up in levels. A manager with more than 8 direct reports stacks them in a compact column so the chart stays readable. Choose a top-down or a left-to-right direction, colour the boxes by department or by level (or leave them plain), and pick the landscape PDF page: Letter, A4, A3 or Tabloid 11x17 in. The result reports the counts (people, levels, departments), a short preview, and plain warnings: a manager who is not in the list (those people group under a virtual "Unassigned" box), several top people (they share a virtual "Organisation" top), and a reporting cycle, which is an error named with the people in it. Good for a company hierarchy chart, a team structure chart, an onboarding handout, a board slide, or a printout for a wall: the SVG is a vector file for design tools and the PDF is fitted to the chosen page. Limitations: name and title cards only (photographs are not supported); up to 500 people per chart; the layout is automatic, so boxes cannot be dragged or repositioned by hand; only CSV and XLSX files are read, not PDF or image files. PDF fonts support Latin, Greek and Cyrillic; text in unsupported scripts or emoji returns an input error.
