ClaudeCommunityby Zyda

Zyda is the online ordering and store management platform for restaurants and cafes. Connect Zyda to Claude and ask about your store in your own words, in English or Arabic. Claude reads the same numbers you see in your Zyda dashboard. You can ask about: - Today: orders waiting now, late orders, busy branches, and today's sales against the same day last week. - Orders: find an order by number, status, branch or date, and see what was in it. - Sales: sales by day, by hour, by branch and by delivery area; best-selling items and categories; new and returning customers; delivery times. - Menu and stock: prices, sizes and options, and what is sold out at each branch now. - Promo codes and campaigns: which codes are active and what each one brought in; SMS, WhatsApp and push campaign results. - Loyalty and reviews: members and points, average ratings and what customers wrote. - Payments: online payments, bank deposits, fees, and the closing report. Zyda only reads. It cannot change prices, orders, menus or settings, and it cannot move money or give refunds. You choose the stores and the permissions when you connect. Claude sees only what your role in Zyda allows. Customer phone numbers and emails stay hidden unless an Owner or Manager allows customer details. Card numbers are never shown. You can disconnect at any time in Claude's connector settings.
