Can I publish apps with the Build plan?
The Build plan is intended for creating and submitting apps for app store review. Once your app is live in the store, it must be upgraded to the Launch plan.
What if I want to publish more than one app?
You can create and submit as many apps as you like. Each app that goes live in an app store or directory requires its own Launch plan subscription.
Is there a limit on users?
No. The number of users within a workspace is unlimited across all plans.
